Furthermore featured in this latest photograph release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling various areas of the land.
Accompanying this are what look to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.
